"Positivism Canvas" by the Level Up Muralism Club at a Roads To Success afterschool program.

The muralism club met 2-3 times per week for the duration of a school semester. The ultimate goals of the club were to learn about the history and contemporary uses of aeresol art and muralism, submit a proposal and paint their own mural on a wall in the school. For research, we visited a museum, a gallery, participated in a street art tour, and had a visiting guest artist. Students also needed to develop their technical skills and practice collaborating. They completed several group projects in addition to the mural, including this canvas.
